Full Body Stretch Yoga Flow - Beginner Friendly
After a busy week and month, our full body stretch session will mainly focus on reuniting you with your body.
This session is recommended for all levels, including beginners!
The stretches that will be incorporated into the practice will leave your body in a very relaxed state.
The poses will help strengthen and stretch your hamstrings, calves, glutes, lower back, shoulders, and upper back.
