Let’s Go Camping to a Biodiversity National Park

DAY 01: DRIVE FROM ADDIS TO BALE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK HEADQUARTER
Driving from Addis Ababa to the Bale Mountains through Asella road. Late afternoon as soon as we reach the headquarters of the national park, a chance for a break and a cup of tea/coffee at the campsites. You will have time to make a short hike along the woodland part of the national park chance to spot endemic Mountain Nyala's Menelick Bushbuck, Bohor Reedbuck, and bird species.
Overnight: Camping near Dinsho Lodge. Elevation: Protected content asl
DAY 02: TREK FROM DINSHO TO HABERA SUMMARY/ROUTE.
Hike for Protected content to Sodota through the finch Habera waterfall and where the Web and Wolla rivers join together. This area is an outstanding bird-watching spot, particularly for raptors, and a chance to see the rare and endangered Ethiopian Wolf.
Set up for overnight in Sodota campsite.

DAY 03: TREK SODOTA TO WASEMA WILDERNESS CAMPSITE. SUMMARY / ROUTE.
You will make your way through Meraro valley for Protected content until you reach Wassema wilderness campsite.
The trails are covered predominantly in Erica vegetation, which in turn leads into afro-alpine habitats. Arrive at the campsite, located at the base of Wassema mountain Protected content . Elevation: Protected content , Distance: 20km Protected content . Overnight: Wassema Wilderness campsite.
DAY 04: TREK WASSEMA TO SANETTE CAMPSITE.
