Zazen and Meditation in Kamakura

Jōchi-ji temple is a Buddhist Zen temple in Kita-Kamakura. It belongs to the Engaku-ji school of the Rinzai sect and is ranked fourth among Kamakura's Five Mountains.
The Buddhist priest of Jōchi-ji temple, Mr. Asahina regularly offers Zazen and Mediation at Houan. (The house of Houan belongs to Jōchi-ji temple.)
Zazen and Meditation starts at 10:30. We will meet at west exit of Kita-Kamakura station at 10:00 and go to Houan.
Please wear very comfortable cloth.
After Zazen and Mediation, we enjoy Maccha and outstanding Japanese confectionery.
In the afternoon, if you have an appointment, you can go back to Tokyo. If some of you would like to visit more in Kamakura, I will navigate.
*Please note that even though you signed up this event, if you don´t inform me of your attendance by personal message, you cannot be counted as attendee.
I have to inform Houan how many will come. So, please sign up if you can surely make it.
** Please do not wear short skirt or short pants. If you wear such cloths, bring proper cloths. You can exchange in Houan.
In addition, no high heels & sandals are allowed to wear.
