Cooking is so much fun!

Akemi & Satsuki, authors of [Grands mothers's Shojin cooking] will teach us how to make Oyaki, traditional style baked bun which has more than Protected content of history.

We prepare 5 differents ingredients with eggplant, pumpkin, radish, gobo root and sweet potatos. Also tsukemono, pickles and soup with tofu and mushrooms. *No EGG NO MILK PRODUCTs but with Gluten from WHEAT*

Akemi & Satsuki are on the cover of latest issue of magazine [Croissant] and present their healthy shojin style life. They will tell us their story, too.

12h- 13h: Lunch, tea and sweet
13h -13h30: Q&A
