In this session we will talk about perspective.
Personal change happens with a plan: knowing yourself; Assess your situation; finding your goals; discovering your blocking points; developing your vision; act; trust and persist . We'll review a proposal of a plan with tools that you can use for discovering your own meaning and setting an action plan. Seven steps and tools that we will introduce every 4 weeks. Along the way you will find out a lot more about you and about how you can be in charge of your own. And you will find that you already have a lot of positive resources available to you.
