Sunday Nachmittagstee mit japanischer Kuchen 日曜のおやつ
How are you doing?
I hope all of you are fine during such a period.
I’d like to hold the online talking with tea (coffee) and Japanese sweet.
Ok, if you are ready for chatting with or without the sweet, just join!
The talking themes are as follows,
- your country's typical food in winter or December
- your country's typical sweet
- your country's typical drink for break time
I introduce one easy typical Japanese sweet (Shiratama 白玉団子) and also easy green tea(Matcha、抹茶)taste cheese cake.
The recipes are as follows,
Shiratama mochi Protected content
Shiratama powder Protected content
Kinako きな粉 (Soya powder)
Sugar as you like
Anko あんこ（sweet Azuki beans paste）
Put the powder on the bowl and add the water slowly and gradually and mix it by hands.
Role it out to make approximately 18 balls.
Put it boiled water. After approximately 1 min. when the balls are floating up, scoop them. You can eat them with Kinako and Anko.
Fresh cheese is left at the room temperature.
Then just added from top to bottom order and mix them by blender.
Pour it to the mold and put in the oven at middle to lower place at 170℃ for Protected content .
Shiratama mochi is needed to go to Japanese glossary for Shiratama powder, but next Green tea cheese cake you can find Matcha powder at super market or bio-shop.
I'm looking forward to talking to you!
