A fine-dining twist on the food from plants 🌱 theme, for this 007th PBD event, set in a lavish ‘prohibition-era’ themed, newly opened, venue at the lower end of Strait Street (The Gut).

People from the previous event commented that they preferred pre-ordering for a quicker service once seated at the table, so that’s what we’ve decided to do. It’s important to state your choice for starter & main course when you confirm attendance on here.

Price is €35 per person for 4 courses (which includes the Amusé Bouche), inclusive of one welcome drink and drinking water.
Having dined there before, I can confirm this is a heavily discounted price. (Starter prices are usually €15 upwards and Mains are usually €20 upwards, although I believe they are revising these prices.... so they have been very generous to us with this menu).

Tip is not included but is at your discretion.

Here is the uniquely exquisite & creative menu (with choices you probably have never had the opportunity to taste before!)

Amuse Bouche:
Vegetable croquettes served with balsamic (egg-free) mayo.
 
Starters:
Smoked oyster mushrooms served with flambé Shimeji mushrooms and sea broth.
OR
Waldorf avocado cannelloni served with basil oil, beetroot gel and balsamic caviar.
 
Mains:
Smoked aubergine served with seasonal sautéed vegetables in sticky, full flavour umami glaze.
OR
Celery-root crème served with 4 different textures of celery and celery truffle aged in salted dough.

Dessert:
Creamy lemon bars served with crunchy oat base.
