PLEASE READ ALL: The much anticipated 7 Course Degustation PBD by Chef Zoran is taking place on Friday 19th July at The Thirsty Lawyer, with ethical wine pairings by Natalie Debono of Core Green Organic & Fair Trade. Spaces are strictly limited so please do book early to avoid disappointment - guest list closes on 15th July.
€66 p/p includes welcome drink, 7 courses of creative plants based cuisine, paired with 4 selected ethical wines, free-flowing drinking water, and service also included. Live music will also be arranged for diner’s enjoyment 🎶 Payment in advance at time of booking via BOV, Revolut or in person by arrangement.

PLANTS BASED DINING - DEGUSTATION MENU
*Gazpacho Sphere - balanced on a crouton, sweet potato puree, broccoli foam & aubergine oil.
*Waldorf Cannelloni - in a celery canvas with egg free mayo and balsamic molecular caviar.
*Cinnamon Pumpkin - topped with mustard seed caviar and horseradish puree.
*Quinoa Cake - served with vegan cheese, a shard of kale glass, and fermented soy glaze.
*Braised Artichoke - with fresh chilli and cilantro glaze, served with bio floral coconut yogurt.
*Beet Juice Taco - with roasted tofu, pickled shallots and coconut curry mayo.
*Dessert - Chef’s Surprise!.
