Most people eat food just for the sake of nourishment, others eat it because they enjoy it, some indulge in the art of gourmet dining because it makes them feel good, especially when done in the company of like-minded food lovers. This is exactly what we do at the Last Friday of the Month Gourmet dinner.
For the month of November, we will be returning to the stunning food so passionately prepared by our dedicated Chef Penka Peeva who is already working on the menu created EXCLUSIVELY for us mortal souls!
Kick-starting with a shot to set the mood
A vitamin boost inside a spinach salad with pomegranates, caramelized quince, pecans, crispy onion and finished with a fresh mint drizzle.
An assortment of flavorsome wild mushroom truffles accompanied with a gentle saffron egg-less mayonnaise served on a bed of leeks.
Filo pastry parcels stuffed with a melange of tofu cheese set on a fusion barbecue sauce and complemented with a prune confit
A wild rice risotto with delicately smoked tomato and olive ash infused with an exotic blend of spices and served inside a root vegetable ‘bone’
A truly delightful and innovative charcoal Trinity Cream
