Hi! I am a new Albatross member and love to travel! I'd like to invite InterNations members on a trip of sun, surf & serenity in Nicaragua! A mere 2 1/2 hours from Managua, the small fishing village-turned surf spot of San Juan del Sur is a hidden gem on Nicaragua’s stunning Pacific Coast. We have a private villa 5 minutes from the beach and walking distance to the town center, where you’ll find relaxed, friendly locals and expats mingling about in shared interests: surf, beach, nature, and sunshine. There’s a maximum of 14 people to keep the group small and intimate. Couples, singles, and groups of friends all welcome!

The trip’s focus is yoga, offered twice daily by Austin yoga instructor Gigi Mao, and surf lessons with local instructors on one of San Juan’s many beach options. You’ll enjoy healthy, fresh cooked meals made at the villa – friendly to carnivores, omnivores, and herbivores alike – and have lots of opportunities for beach time, R&R, hikes and much more!

International members have an exclusive $100 discount to join this small group adventure in November and immerse yourself in the transformative power of yoga, nature and cultural exchange. This trip is 5 nights and includes:

• Private villa 5 minutes from the beach and walking distance to town

• Twice daily yoga sessions and daily meditations

Group surf lesson with local instructors

• Two healthy meals per day prepared fresh at your villa
Protected content
• Cultural education to get the best local experience in San Juan del Sur

• Small group experience, max 14 people

• Transfers to/from Managua airport

• Optional add-ons including private yoga, sea turtle excursion, surf, and much more

I’ve spent extensive time in Latin America for study, research and travel and have a piece of my heart there. I would be thrilled to show you all that I love about it, especially the parts that are missed at a tourist’s glance.

If interested, please message me, Ashley Blake, on InterNations for more information. I look forward to hearing from you!
