Saturday Stretching & Guided Meditation
If you spend a lot of time at your desk, working on your laptop, it is imperative that you take a few minutes several times a day to stretch out the stiffness and keep your wrists, shoulders and back happy.
Please join us to learn a a few easy techniques that you can employ without getting out of our chair to keep your body healthy, flexible and happy. This will be followed by a guided meditation or a few mindful moments.
A mindful moment allows you to connect with your breath, enjoy a few minutes of relaxation and observe the sensations, feelings and emotions that might rise to the surface. This technique can be applied on a daily basis and will lead to a healthier body and mind.
Priyanka has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathing exercises since Protected content . She has studied Sivananda Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and explored Kundalini, Jivamukti, Anusara, Iyenger, Bikram/HOT yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Acro yoga, just to name a few.
