Saturday Stretching & Guided Meditation

If you spend a lot of time at your desk, it is imperative that you take a few minutes several times a day to stretch out the stiffness and keep your wrists, shoulders, and back happy.
Please join us to learn a few easy techniques that you can employ without getting out of our chair to keep your body healthy, flexible, and in shape. On the scheduled date and time, return to this page and press "join meeting".
The stretching exercises will be followed by a guided meditation for a few mindful moments allowing you to connect with your breath, enjoy a few minutes of relaxation and observe the sensations, feelings, and emotions that might rise to the surface.
These techniques can be applied on a daily basis and will lead to a healthier body and mind.
Our host, Priyanka, has been teaching yoga, mindfulness, and breathing exercises since Protected content . She has studied Sivananda Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and explored Kundalini, Jivamukti, Anusara, Iyengar, Bikram/HOT yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Acro yoga, just to name a few.
