Es una clase de "yoga suave", estilo Hatha con un poco de movimiento fluido en el que el enfoque es el alineamiento y la respiración consciente. Durante la clase, cultivaremos la fuerza y la flexibilidad mientras tomamos en cuenta temas en el plano físico, energético y filosófico.

Slow Yoga: This is a beginner's Hatha Yoga class focused on alignment and conscious breath with a hint of fluidity. This is a great opportunity to feel your body building strength with flexibility while weaving physical energetic and philosophical themes in and out the class. This class will be Spanish.

Our instructor, Ana, is a certified yoga teacher and a movement artist. To bring the concepts to her students in a more tangible way, she has combined nature, art, philosophy, and everyday themes into her classes. To pursue her career as a movement artist and yoga teacher, Ana had lived and traveled to different parts of the world exploring diverse techniques and choreographic processes.

She has taught in the mountains of New Hampshire, at Mukti Studio, Centro Shri, and Centro Maestro de Bienestar in Cuernavaca, México. Ana has also taught musicians to have a wider awareness of their body and their movements. She is currently teaching online yoga and yoga-dance classes. She strongly believes that humans were built to move, to be in contact with nature and other humans, and to create and to adapt to our creations.
