Turkish Dinner IV (In-Person)
Turkish cuisine is largely the heritage of Ottoman cuisine, which can be described as a fusion and refinement of Central Asian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Eastern European and Balkan cuisines.
Frequently used ingredients in Turkish specialties include: lamb, beef, rice, fish, eggplants, green peppers, onions, garlic, lentils, beans, zucchinis and tomatoes.
Please only sign up if you can make it. If something comes up, make sure to cancel your attendance 48 hours in advance, so other members can join the activity.
