Ready to Join?

You will experience some practices that will calm your body and mind in a first contact with Mindfulness. You will connect with peace and inner harmony.

You will learn about Mindfullness, its Scientific Evidence and its Benefits.

OBJECTIVES:
- Concept, origin, scientific evidence and benefits of Mindfulness.
- Know and experience some practices.
PROGRAM:
- Presentation of the group.
- Didactic exercise. Discussion.
- Emotional regulation and Mindfulness.
- Mindfulness in breathing and in the body.
- Influence of mindfulness on self-care and self-pity.
- Practice of mindfulness in the body.
- A Mindful-eating practice.
- Goodbye and closing.

After the workshop we can go to eat at Mairena del Aljarafe and get to know the surroundings of this beautiful town.
