Each asana has its own benefits and works different muscles, group muscles or joints of the body.
The philosophy of yoga is that by daily/weekly practice, it helps the body become stronger and relieves it from its stress.
Class open to all levels, work at your rhythm respecting your body and mind. Wear loose clothing and be committed to improve your health and your English at the same time.
