Powerful Meditation with Anya
As a Professional Dancer, my world stopped when I was in a coma for almost a month after a severe car accident that left me with hardly any feeling of my arms, palms and one leg.
In a wheelchair, I decided to do everything in my power to get back in shape and regenerate.
With Chinese medicine knowledge, yoga and lots of meditation I almost fully recovered, now teaching yoga and meditation all over the world.
I hereby invite you to my world, where you will be served with a very powerful meditation that could be used as a tool to recover, rejuvenate, regenerate body, mind, and spirit.
Suggestions to follow:
Clothes and props: Bring comfortable clothes, a blanket if needed, water or something nonsugary you like to drink.
We will provide a yoga mat and a block to support your neck if needed.
On the day: Avoid dairy, spices, sugars and heavy meals.
Try not to eat 3 hours before the meditation, but keep hydrated in moderation.
Idea: If you love some smell of essential oil, bring it with, but keep moderation in mind. For all open to new ideas or my guidance, I will bring lavender one to use.
