Online Conversation on "Mindful Relationship Under Quarantine"
“Tips on how to not destroy your relationship while in quarantine” (NY Post), “Relationship Advice for Folks in Quarantine” (Architectural Digest), “15 Tips On How To Stay Married During Quarantine” (Forbes), How to Not Completely Hate the People You’re Quarantined With (wired.com) — Such articles on how to maintain healthy relationships during quarantine abound these days.
Whether living alone or with family or loved ones, being stuck in quarantine is stressful for many reasons - we worry about our health, the health of the planet, and about having conversations and maintaining relationships, including long-distance relationships.
For our next ZOOM salon gathering, Eduardo Giordanelli will lead us in a conversation on “Engaging in a mindful conversation and relationship under quarantine” as a follow-up and natural continuation of the conversation on “Our Relationship with Silence”.
At the beginning of this Thursday’s meeting, participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their reflections on “Our Relationship with Silence” from the last week’s Zoom meeting and the Eduardo will lead us in the conversation on how to engage in a mindful conversation and relationship when we are in quarantine.
Join us on Thursday, March 26th for an evening of ZOOM online conversation with Eduardo Giordanelli, a life coach with expertise on transformative learning and mindfulness, on “Engaging a mindful conversation and relationship under quarantine.”
