Follow up on "What Are 'Character Strength?"
For our next “Voices” gathering, Eduardo Giordanelli will continue to lead us in a workshop on “What are Character Strengths?” According to Via Institute on Character, character strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact how you think, feel and behave. Every individual possesses all 24 character strengths in different degrees, giving each person a unique character strengths profile. Research reveals that when you know your strengths, you can improve your life and thrive and that people who use their strengths a lot are 18x more likely to be flourishing than those who do not use their strengths.
For our next meeting, attendees can take Protected content
before the meeting on Tuesday and participate in the conversation with Eduardo Giordanelli, a life coach and a facilitator, with expertise on transformative learning, and helping both organizations and individuals to overcome their resistance to change and their limiting fears.
The goal of this workshop is to explain what character strengths are, but overall how we can use them in our daily life to improve both our sense of well-being and our effectiveness in the pursuing of our goals.
This week’s meeting will also begin and end with special music by Giampiero Erre, InterNations Ambassador.
