Hatha Yoga - strength of body, peace of mind

Hatha Yoga (Skt. हठ योग haṭha yoga) is the yoga of energy accumulation, which helps to concentrate a life force and to control all the processes that occur in the body, while retaining the balance of the body and mind.
This 75 minutes Hatha Yoga practice (language - English) will consist of asanas (postures) and pranayamas (breathing techniques) and is intended for learning concentration, self-analysis and control of the functions of body and mind.
The practice is intense and requires general body strength and tenacity. It helps people to adapt to changes occurring in life, promoting personal growth and maturity, developing the acceptance of the world and help to form a correct approach towards the self and the existing situation.
