Restorative Yoga Session + Pumpkin Treats
This Halloween night let's meet for yoga that feels extremely good, followed by... pumpkin treats!
First of all we will enjoy 60 minutes of light and Restorative Yoga sequence, which typically involves asanas/poses, supported by different props (bolsters, blocks, pillows, cushions, belts…) that allow you to completely relax and rest. Restorative yoga will calm and reset your entire body and mind, preparing you for ultimate relaxation in Corpse Pose/ Shavasana in the light of the candles.
After Restorative Yoga session I will prepare some herbal tea and will share home made pumpkin pie. If you want, in the spirit of yoga bring something to share made from pumpkins or with pumpkins. If you do not like cooking or do not like pumpkin's taste, you might bring something for decorating and inspiring Halloween atmosphere.
