Yoga for Core Strength
Strong deep-abdominal muscles are the ticket to many yoga postures and your personal posture too. They help to keep your torso toned, as well, power up your whole yoga practice.
In this 75 minutes Hatha Yoga class, including Pranyama (breathing techniques), Bandhas (energy locks) and asanas (postures) we will cultivate awareness for how torso and limbs work together and will FIRE UP the core.
p.s. Bakasana (Crow/Crane pose) will be practiced too (as seen in the picture). Never tried before? No worries! All instructions and props for safe landing will be provided ;)
