Pure Hatha Yoga Practice
With Hatha yoga and pranyama techniques, inhaling future and exhaling the past, we will stop and reflect on a present moment - gift to all of us.
Hatha Yoga (Skt. हठ योग haṭha yoga) is the yoga of energy accumulation, which helps to concentrate prana - a life force - and to control all the processes that occur in the body, while retaining the balance of the body and mind.
This 75 minutes Hatha Yoga practice (language - English) will consist of asanas (postures) and breathing techniques, followed by relaxing Shavasana. It is intended for learning concentration, self-analysis and control of the functions of body and mind.
The practice is intense and requires general body strength and tenacity. It helps people to adapt to changes occurring in life, promoting personal growth and maturity, developing the acceptance of the world and help to form a correct approach towards the self and the existing situation.
