Book Summary:
Illegal Among Us was published on November 27, Protected content . It's a memoir about a stateless, undocumented, orphaned African (DR Congo and Zambia) woman who beats a broken U.S. immigration system. Martine navigates through an immigration court that bound her in deportation proceedings for 7 years to become a U.S. citizen.

Martine is a Tedx speaker, has appeared on C-Span and has written op-eds for the Huffington Post on the topic of immigration.
