Let's Talk About Mindfulness - Knowledge & Book Exchange
Hello Mindful Members,
Mindfulness practices and meditation can serve as an anchor to bring us to the present moment. I practice mindfulness in the morning, during the day, in times of uncertainty, or whenever I need a peace of mind away from remainders of past and future concerns.
I would like to get together to talk about some mindfulness practices we do on a daily basis. Books helped me significantly to improve my mental clarity and I am sure I can also learn from others. I also want to exchange books and/or book titles.
Please join us at Cupitol Cafe if you would like to share your mindfulness experiences and learn from each other. Feel free to bring your favorite mindfulness/meditation book.
