Ready to Join?

Let’s meet in Pilsen to practice and share experiences with one guided mindfulness practice!

Mindfulness is a non-dogmatic practice that has been scientifically supported in reducing stress and anxiety, emotional balance, health, and well-being.

We will begin with a gentle, mindful movement sequence followed by guided meditation. I will be sharing basic lessons for a koru mindfulness workshop. This practice is meant for beginners, but long-term meditators are welcome to join and share your insights. There will also be a discussion portion where you can talk about your experience practicing mindfulness, meditation, gratitude journals, self-compassion, and other spiritual practices.
