Hola,

¿Quién se apunta al "Morning runners challenge"?

Si piensas que hay más probabilidad de que te toque la lotería mañana de que te levantes temprano para ir a correr, entonces este "morning runners challenge" está hecho para ti!!!

Juntos desafiamos las fuerzas de la gravedad que nos impiden salir de la cama a esas horas y nos reunimos para correr disfrutando del amanecer en el mar. Si te apuntas a la actividad, tienes que cumplir!!!!! :)

Quedamos { % location % } delante del Buenas Migas de Barceloneta { % endlocation % } a las 6h30. Vamos a correr entre 7 y 10 K dependiendo del estado de forma y disponibilidad de los participantes. En general nos dividimos en 2 o 3 gupos con diferentes ritmos: lento Protected content min por km) , medio (5,30-6min por km), alto (4, Protected content por km).

La actividad es gratuita y abierta a corredores de todos los niveles.

Lo días de calor también aprovechamos para echarnos al agua y refrescarnos unos minutos. (opcional - traer bañador y toalla si os animáis)

Con los que no tienen prisa podemos tomar un cafe/desayuno después.

Who's up for "the Morning Runners Challenge"?

If you think you're more likely to win the lottery rather than to get up early to go running, then this "morning runners challenge" is made for you !!!

Together we defy the forces of gravity that keep us from getting out of bed in the early morning and we get together to run and enjoy the amazing sunrise on the sea. If you sign up for the activity, you gotta come, there is no way back !!!!! :)

We'll meet { % location % } in front of the Buenas Migas of Barceloneta { % endlocation % } at 6:30 AM. We will run between 7 and 10 K depending on the conditions and shape of the attendants.

In general we divide the group in 2 or 3 different groups based on the pace. Slow (7min -7min30 per km), Medium (5, Protected content per KM), Fast (4, Protected content per km).

The activity is free and open to all-level runners.

On hot days, after the run, we can also dive in the sea to cool down for a few minutes. (Optional - bring bathing suit and towel if you're up for it)

Then for those who are not in a hurry we can have a coffee/breakfast together.
