You are invited to a mindfulness meditation session in the MBSR tradition - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction method by John Kabat-Zinn.

We are going to take care of our mental health and emotional stability. Hopefully we will spread them among our colleagues and close ones and thus take care of them as well!

Welcome! It is an open meeting for anyone interested. Please feel free to share the access link with your Internations friends, if they are not in our group.

You do not need special preparation or previous experience in meditation or yoga.
