Ceramics & sounds of Anatolia in Warsaw!
I would like to invite you for a special Sunday's event which consists of 3 parts!
The Exhibition of Meral Öner works inspired by classical Turkish ceramic patterns from the time of the Ottoman Empire, created in such centers as Iznik and Kütahya, which flourished in the XV-XVI century. This very talented artist gives ceramics its own style, processing classic decorative motifs and giving it new, modern forms, making these objects not only decorative, but also functional.
We will get unusual opportunity to get a private short lecture & curatour tour. Both performed by Mysterious Guest!!!!
The Delicious Turkish Lunch- the restaurant is located app. 25 min. walking distance from our venue (one direction) we may order a taxi upon your request
The Concert of traditional Anatolian folk music performed by Çiğdem Taştan & Friends. Tickets are available for pre-sales only in the shop at the address of our meeting. If you want me to buy the tickets on your behalf pls notice that this is possible only on July, 22 & 27. Drop me a line and I will send you the prepayment details.
So let us go back together in time and spend Sunday surrounded by the culture of the Ottoman Empire!
