Meditation can boost the immune system by lowering anxiety and fear and placing the nervous system into a place of calm.
This seems especially pertinent at this time.
If this is your first time, great! If you are a seasoned veteran, there is something for you here also.
This practice will begin with supported poses using props (such as pillows and blankets) that allow the body to settle and soften.
From here we cultivate a deeper awareness of breath and body, bringing us into a state of deep relaxation, and ultimately optimal balance and well-being. From this relaxed state, you will be guided through a meditation to leave you feeling calm, grounded and at home in your body.
This session will be offered via Zoom, we will be able to see each other unless you prefer to be in your jammies, you can opt-out of the video option and just watch us.
