Energetic Training Session
let's enjoy the beautiful weather and workout together at the charming Hermann-Löns-Park.
There will be a body weight workout with different difficulty variations. So doesn't matter what our fitness levels are, we will all be improving with our own pace.
All we need to bring is good energy, A MAT for our floor activities (if you don't have a mat, just bring a picnic blanket or a towel), some water, some snacks and wear something sport friendly.
