September event is dedicated to distopia - future pictured in not the brightest colours. Would it be a theocratic regime? Environmental cataclysm? state-planned economy with privileges for the small elite class? Will technology lead to society dysfunction? Will humans turn to be victims of their own development?
This topic has been present in literature for decades, so bring any of the books that you've already read or pick up one from the recommendation list below. And most importantly - help us to see if there is any remedy or suggestions how undesirable scenario for societies could be prevented.
