Autumn brings longer evenings when we are keen on wrapping warm in a blanket and sit down with a book - the best reading season ever is here!

We take a chance with mystery book this month. As the days are still bright and sunny, those of you who are easily scared will not feel too afraid of the stories. However, earlier darkness, longer shadows and autumn chill increase sensation while going into the mysterious worlds.
We will definitely go for something cheering up in November! :)

Here's some recommendation for what to pick up. Check the Stadtbibliothek as they have many books, also in English, which we can use!

And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie
Tales of Mystery and Imagination by E. A. Poe
The Shining by Stephen King
The Name of the Ros by Umberto Eco
The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón
The Postman Always Rings Twice by James M. Cain
Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
The Maltese Falcon by Dashiell Hammett
The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil by John Berendt
