Hike Schliersee - Tegernsee Via Baumgartenschneid, Riederstein

The weather forecast predicts some sun. Let us enjoy the golden days of autumn! We will meet at the main station at 08:50 and board the train towards Schliersee/Bayrischzell. We will walk up to Baumgartenschneid, cross to Riederstein and descend to Tegernsee, from where we will take the train back. If we feel like it, we can have a beer or so at Tegernseer Bräustüberl, well known for beer, traditional cuisine, the location near the shore and reasonable prices (if you think of the area). Take something to eat and drink with you. There will be no restaurants on our way, just short before we reach our goal;)
Technically easy hike, elevation gain 700m, netto walking time 5 hours. Hiking boots or similar are required, it might be slippery and muddy at some spots.
