Roadies & Lycra Lovers...particular those new to road cycling!
Grab your road bike after work and come and train with us midweek. Riding in a paceline is a key skill in cycling as this allows you to conserve energy (up to 40%!) by making the most of the slipstream created by riders in front of you.
Stronger riders will do longer shifts at the front, and riders who don't feel able to do a turn can immediately peel off to the back.
We'll aim to do 1.5-2 hours cycling.
