Theater & Languages learning: let's truly connect with others!
One of the most important reasons to be fluent in the language of the country host is that you can connect with others easily as knowing the language makes you a local no matter where you are, opening up your world literally and figuratively. This means you can be able to navigate outside the tourist bubble, connect and interact with local people in a way that is often inaccessible to those who do not speak Spanish. Speaking the local language also help you to advance your professional career and empower you to access information that would otherwise be off-limits.
Therefore, this time, our friend Yvonne Feiger is inviting us to the Theater performance of her students: “Huelga y Chocolate: crónicas de la Roma”. Come join us, have fun and learn about this innovative and effective way to master a new language and to enhance your intercultural building capacity and skills to react naturally in various situations.
All of the actors are foreign students learning Spanish at PIA Language School and this is the students’ final project. Due to this fact, the theater play will be performed in Spanish. However, at the end, you can get more information about the teaching model and, if interested, how to participate in coming projects with them. Workshops to learn English are also available and, soon they will teach German too. Previous theater plays and other relevant info is available also on their website: Protected content
