Body Image and Well-Being

How do you feel about your body? If you do not immediately answer “Great!” with a smile—do not worry, you are not alone!
Some of us have more positive body image than others and some of us need help to improve our body image. Both males and females have body image.
Of course, one event cannot magically tell you how to turn negative body thoughts into positive body image, but it can introduce you to healthier ways of looking at yourself and your body. The more you practice these new thought patterns, the better you will feel about who you are and the body you naturally have.
Join us in this event to discuss how we can reach an inner peace with our body towards being happier. This is an interactive session and do not forget to bring pen and papers.
