Lets share a beautiful Thai restaurant on the King's anniversary! Thailand is famous to tourists for spicy ethnic streetfood. But Royal Thai cuisine is a supremely delicious secret for Gourmets. Join me for a delighfful dinner in a venue that transports us for one evening to an exotic land. It is a most significant day and I wish to share it with InterNations friends.

On 13 October Protected content , the world's longest reigning monarch, HM King Bhumibol Ayulyadej, passed to the next world - plunging the nation into a year of grief, rememberance and love. The 'Father of the Nation' still remains in the hearts of Thais worldwide. Lets salut his memory and wish all of Thailand well.

The answer to most everything in Thailand is food. Tasty food. And lots of it. Lets share this moment with the Thais over royal Thai cuisine. The most significant moment in Thai history for a century has transpiired. Come be a part of it.

20:00 / Enjoy a drink together
20:30 / Dinner

Chic Black or Black & White,
or 'straight from the office'

I will order many dishes so that we can have a full range of flavours. Please give €30 at the beginning, for the food, and I can pay the rest.

(Normal multi-course dinner here is €60. So do come and take advantage!)

I take responsibility for the food only.
Drinks are on you - separate bills.

Vegetarian dishes are available - please tell me if you want some.
Otherwise, I plan on ordering some appetisers, mains, a soup, desert.

Some yum-som-oh, satay, tod mun goong, etc. Mix of chicken, shrimp, fish, beef dishes, like green curry, fish with mango sauce, and poo-pad-pong-karee. I will avoid very spicy food because: 1) I grew up in the USA, and 2) That is more for street food fans, not royal Thai cuisine lovers. But maybe we'll take one killer spicy dish to satisfy the masochists. Hahaha!!

90% of ingredients at Protected content is imported directly from Thailand.

Come taste the royal Thai cuisine that is served in the palace. This is similar to what foreign leaders enjoyed when they visited HM King Bhumibol.
