Chef Stephane Courtin from The Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai, Chef Alexandre Demard from X2 Chiang Mai Riverside Resort and Chef Phubase Chuprakong from Akyra Manor Chiang Mai join together to showcase their culinary talents creating brilliant menus using the organic ingredients. The six courses menu will feature inventive dishes such as “Organic Egg from Prosun Farm” by Chef Alexandre, “Urawai farmer Vegetable Symphony” by Chef Phubase and “Royal Project Trout Fish Fillet, Organic Quinoa and Crunchy Vegetable“ by Chef Stephane. Join us for a delicious evening complete with welcome cocktails and organic wine pairings whilst enjoying some of the most innovative cuisine Chiang Mai has to offer.
