Free Class of Chi Kung (Qigong) Exercises on the Beach
Chi Kung or Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises (I have tried many healing techniques and for me chi Kung is one of the best)
We are going to make basic and easy movements of Chi Kung and the teacher will be a well-known master in chi kung and other healing techniques (Pedro Felix) and he will also show for us a little of Tai-Chi techinique at the end of the class.
I am looking forward to see everyone there!
