That coding largely determines not only HOW we live our life, but WHAT happens to us. Within this context, traumatic experiences often lock us in negative loops and patters, fully transforming our reality in very detrimental ways.
Not only do we end up losing our sleep, ability to focus and produce, but, more importantly, allow our traumatic experiences to dictate our future outcomes.
