The mind relies on a trial and error system, but failure is seldom experience in our day-to-day life. I created a space where you can learn fast, fail safe and feel better about your overall mental abilities.
Following to your requests, I will be relaunching the mindfulness journey. Join us on a monthly basis and learn more about the core mindfulness skills and their application in our day-to-day life.
Starting with: the nonjudgmental attitude
The benefits: experience less distress, greater wellbeing, better concentration, clarity of mind, and self acceptance.
The event involves individual exercises, peer-to-peer, groupwork and more fun.
