Focusing on Mindfulness and meditation
We will be doing meditations during the webinar and it will be interactive with opportunities to ask questions and seek clarification on any of the content that is presented.
Developing awareness to our thoughts, emotions and body sensations can support us to be non-reactive and more responsive to internal and external situations, with the potential of freeing ourselves from the “prisons” of our mind to allow ourselves to grow and develop.
Living in the present moment rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future can transform how we live our lives enabling us to develop peace and happiness.
