Dance to Get Fit! (1)
Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including: improved condition of one's heart and lungs. increased muscular strength, endurance and total fitness. Also it is fun and makes people happy.
We will have some dance events from now on, including different kinds of dances from different countries taught by professional dance instructors.
This event is on BELLY DANCE!
The instructor, being an international dancer, has her studio since years ago in Hanoi. As a special guest, judge and dancer, she has been invited to many international Belly dance festivals in different countries, organizing some international ones in Vietnam by herself as well.
Join us having fun, making friends and learning some dance moves! This session is in person, NOT ONLINE, and is free of charge, open for both ladies and gentlemen!
(Please only those who are or will be in Hanoi that day and can really attend this event, register because it would be arranged with the dance studio and the instructor)
