Yoga for a healthy life!
How we act and how we feel, play a role in how we breathe. It’s important that we recognize healthy breathing habits.
In yoga, it’s all about connecting your breath with your mind as you move from on pose to another.
With the need to improve our health, esp our lungs' health, we will focus more on proper breathing techniques as we flow through some yoga sequences. Doing Hatha yoga, with alignment in poses while working on strength, stability and flexibility.
