10km Trail Run
Train up for Spartan with a 10km trail run.
Things to bring:
1) Hydration Pack with reservoir (strongly encouraged; there is only one water point)
2) Energy gels / bars / snacks (encouraged)
3) Mosquito Repellent (optional)
3) Towel (optional)
4) Change of clothes / slippers (optional)
5) Personal medication / inhaler (as advised)
WET WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather, an announcement will be made providing the details of the new location. HIIT and Cardio will be the focus.
