TGIF 10km Trail Run @ MacRitchie
We will be doing 10km at MacRitchie Reservoir. Easy pace!
Beginners are welcome :)
Things to bring:
1) Running shoes
2) Workout Attire
3) Hydration (HIGHLY recommended)
4) Towel and change of clothes (optional)
5) Personal medication, inhaler, etc (as required)
NOTE: In the event of wet weather, activity will be cancelled. updates will be provided at 7AM.
