Muscle Endurance Training - Stair Climb
One hour of steady-state, submaximal stair climbing. (If you wish to do a shorter time, please feel free to do so)
First timers are more than welcome! The route is very short (we will be doing repetitions) and there are taxi stands if you wish to end the activity earlier. The MRT station is also a few hundred metres from our workout location.
Things to bring:
1) Sportswear (Sports Shoes are COMPULSORY)
2) Water Bottle (There is a water cooler at the summit)
3) Towel (Optional)
4) Mosquito Repellent (Optional)
5) Sunblock (Optional)
6) Personal Medication, Inhalers, etc. (as prescribed/necessary)
