Saturday morning Run
"Feeling good, run hard. Feeling down, just run." :-)
Lets warm us and our muscles up with a run by the Isar, topped with coffee or brunch and relax in warm waters afterward.
We meet at 11h Protected content . The course is around 7.5 km.
This run is for all fitness levels, you should run/walk at a pace which is comfortable for you, be that fast or slow. Everyone is welcome.
No matter the speed, we meet afterwards at Protected content
for beverage/brunch (at each person's cost).
