Saturday Morning Run&Fun - Corona Edition
Whether you want to get rid of those extra pounds you've put on while working from home, keep in shape for the post-corona marathon season or just need to stretch your feet and get some fresh air - join us for a nice chat after your workout!
This run is for all fitness levels, you should run/walk at a pace that is comfortable for you, be that fast or slow. It doesn't matter at all, because you're doing it ON YOUR OWN anyway. :-)
No matter the speed, we meet at a Zoom conference afterwards. Bring your coffee, your breakfast, or the pizza you picked up on your way back and then let's see how everybody has been doing recently.
But we need proof you really did the first part, of course ;-)
So this is how it works: Everybody chooses his or her favorite track and goes running/walking on Saturday morning. Friday afternoon is fine, too - rules are meant to be bent ;-)
But please comply with the current Bavarian regulations, avoid crowded areas and don't arrange personal meetings, of course.
When you're finished with your workout, make a screenshot of the activity summary in your fitness app, or a picture of your smart watch showing the stats or a selfie showing yourself in running gear and post it here on the event wall or send it to me on Whatsapp.
I'll send you the link to the Zoom conference in return. The meeting starts at 13:00.
